I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mohrs Automotive! My son was visiting Seaside, Florida, for his senior trip with friends and their family when his truck was involved in an accident just two days before a hurricane was expected to arrive. We live in Nashville, Tennessee, so being far away while trying to manage everything was incredibly stressful for me as a mother. At first, we thought the truck only needed an alignment. So I googled custom shops and found a shop in town. I had his truck towed to him the night of accident, he called next day said it just needed an alignment and the tire rod was slightly bent he can “baby it home” and that it’ll be ready 2:00 What I did not realize at the time was that the shop had taken my son’s truck to Mohrs Automotive. And I’m thankful that that shop did. When my son arrived at Mohrs, the team was completely honest with him. They explained that the truck was not safe to drive seven and a half hours back to Nashville it had a bent tie rod, and immediately began looking for the best way to help him and get the truck home safely. I cannot express how much that meant to this momma’s heart. Being so far away from my son, it was incredibly reassuring to know that a business we had never dealt with before was genuinely looking out for his best interests. They could have easily taken our money and sent him on his way, but instead, they put his safety first. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare, and I will never forget it. Unfortunately, with the hurricane approaching and businesses closing, we were unable to get the parts needed to complete the repairs. I ultimately had to arrange for a tow truck to bring my son and his truck home, but thankfully, he made it back safely. I truly believe the situation could have turned out very differently if the people at Mohrs Automotive had not been honest with us. As a mother, there is no greater relief than knowing someone took the time to do the right thing when your child is away from home. When I return to Seaside next year, I plan to stop by personally to shake everyone’s hand—and probably give them all a big hug! They deserve to know how much their kindness and honesty meant to our family! I hope this review helps others see what an exceptional, family run business Mohrs Automotive is. They did not just see a truck that needed repairs; they saw a young man who needed help getting home safely. Thank you, Mohrs Automotive, for taking care of my son when I could not be there. You will never know how much that meant to this momma. 🩷

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent customer service at NAPA! I stopped by looking for a crush washer for my oil change, and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind enough to give me one free of charge. It's the little things like this that make a big difference. Great service, friendly staff, and a business that truly values its customers. I'll definitely be coming back for future automotive needs. Highly recommend!
